Stevens Pistol ID I just found this thread while googling. Here's a picture of my stevens pistol: I think its a Stevens Lourds pistol (based on the trigger guard). A gunsmith that I showed it to told me it's a .22lr, but I really doubt it. The .22lr does not eject properly...

Got It! Got it! The retainer actually fits in the bushing. I was trying to make it fit in the action. The thing looks like a pipe wrench, with the tail going toword the muzzle, big notch toword top. The big notch fits the lip of the bushing on the barrel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm still sitting here with a "retainer" that falls out of the receiver! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

A friend asked me if I put his Remington Model 12 .22LR back together. I have no clue where the "retainer" goes. :cuss: Any help or a link to a manual would be great.
