One of my friends gave me an old Winchester 69a bolt action rifle which hasn't been taken care of to clean and examine. The problem I'm having is that I can't move the bolt(it barely budges) or the safety in order to remove the bolt and give it a good cleaning. Is anyone familiar with this...
