Possession of ammunition by convicted felons is against the law...it's also an instant parole violation. That goes for being in the same car with the stuff , ect. This probably will get flamed by some members, but if the individual has been 'clean' for some time he/she can get their rights...

Your right, but I know of two circumstances that involved retired LEOs given a had time at road blocks....even with proper ID. No Charges were filed in either case. But it wouldn't have happened with a CHL.
