    Uberti Walker Kit

    the walkers italian markings are on the barrel underneath the loading lever so removing those might not be necessary because you wont see them unless you are really looking for them. just a thought

    I am not an at home gunsmith by any means but am willing to learn I think I will call cabelas and see if they want to replace the pistol for me If they don't then I think I will try both a lighter spring and get the bolt to drop earlier How does one get the bolt to drop earlier?

    ok i took some pictures and checked the distance that the hammer travels back past where it is at full cock hammer locked and cylinder locked hammer at full cock hammer pulled back past full cock its hard to tell but there is a little less than 1/4 inch travel then some pics of the cylinder

    i have a set of calipers and checked the sizes so im sure the bolt is a hair smaller than the cylinder notch there is only wear on the lead in not on the flat side of the notch i will take some pictures tomorrow

    ya in missouri you can use any muzzleloading firearm for gun and muzzleloading seasons i think i might just start looking at getting a bp rifle for hunting
