I had a sig P250 and I couldn't hit crap with it. I tried and tried and could never get good hits with it. Last time I tried a random guy at the range asked If he could try it out. He shot the center out of a target and asked if I would sell it. He left with it that day.
My LGS has had one for months collecting dust. He couldn't give the thing away. Once he figure out it would connect to the rail on a AR he has sold tons of them to every mall ninja around. He can't keep them in stock.
I got to shoot 8 rounds with one last weekend at the 3 gun nation regionals. I was not really impressed with it. First shot the slide rolled over my hand. Didn't bite it just left a slight grease mark. I had to really adjust my grip to keep my large hand out of the way. Once I found good grip...
I have a DR performance practice deck that I like to use for range fun. Shuffle the cards and draw its always something different. Best part is all the drills are on real playing cards and that comes in handy of you have to wait on a bay to open up at the range.
A coworker has a tikka in 270 that i have got to mess with some. I was impressed with it. He has taken several deer with it. I have no experience with the others listed.
I just ordered a set of RCBS small base 223 dies last night. I am just starting to reload for the AR. I figured I would be better to start with the small base then to have to add it later if I needed too.
I lived In a town that mon I the LGS's would accept from buds. Had to drive a hour plus to find someone to transfer. Needless to say I didn't order from them.
A S&W k frame that was converted to a race revolver back in the 70's. it had a lot of work done to it and man was it nice.
As for a factory gun I would say my Kimber custom 2. It's not reliable but man it's accurate.
1 rock chucker
1 hornady lock n load AP
1 Dillon XL650
I will have another 650 to set up for large primer loading and I am thinking about a 1050 for 223 so I can swage on the press.
I have a 20ga youth model that I got when I was about 10 years old. It's way to small for me know but it fits the wife better then my other shotguns so I set it up for HD. I probably wouldn't have bought one but since it was just sitting in the safe I put it to use.
My mark II doesn't like the Remington bulk pack 22 ammo at all. Will have a FTFire about every mag. I have good luck with everything else out there with it. My other rim fire guns seem to do fine with the Remington and everything else out there.
Only FTFire I have seen with center fire ammo...
