    Need Advice On .380's

I carry a Bersa .380cc model At times. It's a great pistol. One of the more common ammunition choices for the Bersa .380 is Corbon DPX and I believe it runs about 95 grains. I changed out the grips and it's even more comfortable to shoot. Fixed barrel, very accurate and concealable...

Not All Shooters Respect the Law or Other People.

Whoops I see that I took too long to post -- Sam beat me too it. Sorry Ranger, didn't mean to post the same premise as Sam. I was on the reply screen for too long and paused for phone calls.

Not All Shooters Respect the Law or Other People.

With the evidence available in the video clip pertaining to this altercation, the man pulling his firearm would have a difficult time aligning with the Reasonable Person standard. I fail to see where this man could reasonably believe there is a threat of death or grievous bodily harm.

    House Panel clears National Carry

Just curiosity really. I was curious as to the state of residence for the bill's proponents; likewise for the bill's opponents.

    Wisconsin CCW--no laws without permit

I understand your frustrations. With the State v Walls interpretation, I've read many comments similar to yours on other boards regarding what could be considered concealed. A recent comment I remember is (paraphrasing), "...if I sit strong side towards a wall in a booth at a restaurant isn't...

    Wisconsin CCW--no laws without permit

With regard to #2, there is case law supporting that the car body may conceal the firearm thus putting one in violation of the law. It must be discernible with ordinary observance from a person outside the vehicle in the immediate vicinity (click). It is State v. Walls, Court of Appeals 1994...

Wisconsin CCW, employer sends out memo

This bill allows for proper storage of firearm in one's own vehicle on privately owned company property even when said company has policies in place prohibiting firearms. The company prohibition does not extend to the parking lot.

    Benelli Nova or 870?

For a couple years now, I have been using a rattly Black Nova for trap. The one and only reason for this is that the Nova happened to point perfectly for me right out of the box, and that big orange bead seems to magnetically lock on every bird it comes close to. Ok... I"m exaggerating. But...

WI circuit court sides with gun owners

That's what urks me. I became a little aggravated reading the entire decision, mostly because there were a few certain key points that I felt apply to everyone, not just Vegas, or someone in his circumstances. In addition, I also saw what I felt was inconsistent logic in certain portions of...

    Can I Carry A Knife???

Read the bottom of that page in the link I reference above. There's some comment about colleges: What' you've been shown thus far is a start. However you're going to want to confirm these things with a more reliable source. Claiming you read it on the internet isn't going to get you off the...
