Just last weekend, I paid for a factory blemished model NIB for $519. I couldn't see any scratches or visible defects on the outside. Since it was new, it still has a full warranty :)

new Gp100s (KGP-141 SS 4" model) here in the middle of Virginia are $529. Although there is one shop that will let you steal a new one for $575 :rolleyes: I'll be putting my order for one today.

Ok now I'm guessing.. the top strap is the metal piece over the cylinder housing that connects the rear of the gun with the front. I compared the used gun with a brand new 4" model and the only difference besides a small scratch on the outside of the cylinder was that the used gun was in bad...

what is the "top strap"? and what would "flame cutting" look like? I was talking to a co-worker and he suggested offering $400 for it and the dealer would likely take it. I just wanted to get independent verification.
