I'm not sure if he's an anti, just a garden variety idiot.
He might be on to something. We need a gun where the explosion drives a complex system of cams, pistons and gears before finally ramming a slug out of the barrel at a blazing 200fps.
This was just too darn 'good' to pass by:

Here is the first paragraph of the article:
It's a mystery how anyone could think this guy is qualified to write this article after this colossal...
I pushed mine further than 1/10th of an inch (but not all the way out) and got scared when it was difficult to pop back into place. A little more force fixed the 'problem' and it works fine.
I was pretty unimpressed with my CCW/CHP class. I took it at Bob's Gun Shop in VA. The teacher was teaching the class for his first time under the partial supervision of the more experienced instructor.
A lot of the material was Gun 101 information that, honestly, you should know backwards...
I took a look at the Nancy Special, but they cost significantly more than a simply rugged.
I went ahead and got the simply rugged just now once I realized it can also be used for crossdraw (a technique I have not tried yet). That'd be way more comfortable and accessible for driving and I...
Is it just me or does it look like the ipod gun snatching guy in GEM's video actually stuffs his ipod back in his pocket just after he got control of the gun?:

Thanks for the suggestions. I wasn't trying to be obscure with abbreviations. The Ava is made by Looper Law Enforcement and marketed for women. It's a leather kydex hybrid holster with a beautiful purple suede inner lining. I'd only be wearing it 3 oclock for open carry OWB or under something...
I've been using 1 or 2 snap caps in my cylinder to check for flinching - could use spend brass as well I guess since it'd be harder to see that it's not a live round. I love the snap caps for reinforcing safe gun handling at home tho.
Chuckpro - good idea about professional training as...
A night sight lets you index the location and position of the gun if it's unholstered on a table or if you drop it in low light. Even if you don't consciously use the sights defensively, it seems like it can't hurt to have one.
Hello all! This is a pretty specific question, but I'm hoping I can get some tidbits of advice and perspectives even still. I did search the forum and didn't find much about this specific combo.
I've tried a few holsters for my KLCR including the Ava IWB hybrid kydex holster and the remora with...
Lots of great advice here thanks everyone!
@ CA Raider - I bookmarked that book on amazon and will consider buying it. Would you still recommend it given that I already have the Ed Lovette book?
@ Sam1911 - thanks for the tips I will contact one of my my local IDPA MDs.
@MikeJackmin -...
Yes I'm in total agreement about getting more legal training ASAP. It can't hurt, I'll probably learn a lot, and having the certificate that I took an extra class about the law might prove useful later. I've got some the number of a lawyer that does a lot of defensive shooting cases in my phone...
Thanks everyone! Please continue to give advice and opinions if you want.
Yes, I find even .38 +P to be kinda hot right now - and I'm enevitably losing some forearm strength as time goes by so it will presumably get worse. Gotta keep deadlifting! On the other hand, my hand seems to be...
Hey everyone - newbie here in need of some advice. I've been a long time lurker on THR, but recent circumstances compelled me to register and post. If this is better suited to a different section of the site please let me know or move the post.
Basically, I've been interested in guns and RKBA...
