I apologize, I was intentionally vague. I didn't include more information because I'm still not sure what I want.
I thought I wanted a 1911 but I went and looked at some and I'm not impressed with the way they fit my hand. I'm going to go shooting in the next couple days to confirm.
I...
I'm sure this gets asked on here a lot, but let's say you have between $700 and $900 dollars to spend, what would you get? _______ plus ammo is an acceptable answer. Currently I have a CZ 75 in 9mm and a M&P .40. Thanks in advance.
my cz 75 has been ultra reliable, only one ftf, but the ammo was to blame, had a solid primer strike. I've put about 1k through it, and haven't cleaned it a ton.
I ran into a guy at the range that had one and let me fire a few shots with it. First thing, that safety tore the crap out of my hand and his. It is the only small gun I have shot so I can't speak to its kick compared to a Kel-tec or the like, but it wasn't pleasant, especially with the safety...
Where is the CZ love? I would second the M&P40 though, owning one myself. I really enjoy them both. The heft of the CZ really mitigates recoil (mine's a 9, but I can imagine it still making a difference with the .40) But the M&P with its interchangable backstraps really is wonderful, The trigger...
Some really interesting opinions in this thread, that's for sure. There are many different schools of thought when it comes to dog training, and I can't discount any of them offhand. Personally it really makes my fur stand up when my dog gets uneasy.
I foster for a non-breed specific rescue as...
I'm partial to the CZ 75B, which arguably has as deep a history as any modern pistol aside from the 1911, it just gathered most of it on the wrong side of the iron curtain. Glock is a good pick if it fits you, shoot it and tell us how you feel. Are you not partial to Caliber? I think that is the...
Wow those new serrations on the slide sure remind me of my M&P, kinda funny. I think the slight changes they have made make the Glock a nicer looking pistol.
Coltman, would you care to explain what you mean about them being copies? Is it just because they are a 9mm that came after the BHP? Or do you know something that I don't?
Edit: oh and I own a 75 and I love it, I don't have large hands and it fits my hand like a glove. I haven't had one...
I'm pretty happy with my M&P .40 It took a couple hundred rounds to get used too, but now I'm grouping pretty tight. Not as good with it as my CZ75 in 9mm, but I'm a beginning shooter.
I have a CZ related question, and rather than posting a new topic I thought I'd ask here first.
What is the difference between a regular 75b and the Omega? I want to get a Kadet kit for mine but it seems like I read that you can't use them on the Omega. Is that true?
