    Kentucky Constitutional Carry Under Fire?

More "Anti-Gun" bills being heard in the legislature. Another "Safe Storage" bill (one failed last year after 78 of the 87 county Sheriffs opposed the bill). A bill eliminating "Pre-Emption" in the state allowing cities to pass their own gun bills. Mandatory reporting of Lost or Stolen Guns...

    Carry at gun shows.

Signs in Minnesota typically say “No Loaded Guns” allowed. I have always carried concealed. Most guys I know also are carrying concealed. No one has ever asked. Most dealers I know are carrying concealed at the shows. They have asked if I have anything in the bag I carry.

Investigators say gun used in Truck Park bar shooting linked to straw purchase

According to the KSTP report Horton bought 33 guns from 6 different stores in the last 4 months. 4 of the stores were Fleet Farm branches. The other 2 stores were local gun shops. I understand ATF can trace a particular gun (in this case a Mossberg handgun used in the Truck Park shooting)...

More people purchasing shotguns and handguns for self-defense then Assault Rifles during COVID 19

One comment I have heard from several gun shops why shotguns are selling (the "tactical" shorter barreled ones) is that in Minnesota you can purchase a shotgun (or long gun) with no waiting period or Permit to Purchase. Just fill out the 4473 and take the shotgun home that day. You need a...

My model 41 came with two springs. The manual stated one spring was for standard and one for high velocity ammo.

    P365 or Glock 43

I have both (and a Sig P938). I carry the Sig P365 only because it carries a few more rounds than the G43. I think the G43 is a good gun too. I also carried the P938 for a while since I am a 1911 guy. They all are good guns. Since I could not decide which one of the above 3 to carry, I ran...

    Eley Target Gold/Yellow

Target is standard velocity 22LR. Your velocities of 1244 and 1310 for Target Yellow are way too high. The velocities for the Gold Target are about right. This is standard velocity ammo and velocities should be about 1050 fps.

    Observations re: Sig 938

I also was not confident swiping off the stock safety on my P938 so I got an extended safety from Cylinder & Slide and it is great now. They do not list it on their site, you need to call and ask for it. About $50 if I remember. Mine needed a little work fitting the tab that retains it, but...

    WI Concealed Carry

In Minnesota, if you renew before the permit's expiration dare, the permit is renewed for 5 years after the date your old permit expires. In MN, you can renew up to 3 months before the old permit expires.

    Can't see the target anymore.

Have your optometrist move the optical center of your dominant eye to the position of the lense you are using when sighting. I had my shooting glasses ground that way. The first time I sighted down the iron sights The front sight was perfectly sharp. Only the dominant eye should be ground...
