Just about any range will offer them. Also, you can check the NRA website for a list of NJ based NRA Licensed Instructors, which I'd not be surprised if we had one or two as members here. Transport of guns - basically guns must be unloaded and in a locked contain separate from ammunition...

Nope. I've generally found that 'tactical footwear' and 'size 15EEE' are pretty much mutually exclusive concepts.
