Used Glock 19 - Worth Considering?

I just bought two new glocks at a gun show for $430 each out the door. One was a g17 Gen 4 and the other was a G22 RTF. Keep looking for a better price, I don't think $469 is a good price IMHO.

    Springfield Armory EMP...

I'll give them a call again and see what they have to say. I talked to them once and believe it or not they told me to shoot round nosed ammo for a .40 cal. I kind of scratched my head at that one (unless I were handloading something like Berry's).

    Springfield Armory EMP...

Will SA ream the chamber? Or should I take it to a smith and have them ream/throat it? I just want to be able to shoot this gun and not have constant feed issues and reliability issues. At this point I would never use this as my carry gun as I couldn't depend on it for anything.

    Springfield Armory EMP...

I apologize for bringing back an old thread, but I recently acquired an EMP 40 through a trade (s/n 54xx) and have had nothing but problems with it. The original owner sent it back to Springer who subsequently replaced the slide and barrel but apparently to no avail. I took it to the range and...

    FNP 40

I've got an FNP-40 and it is one of my favorite pistols. I own 3 glocks, 3 XD's, 1911's and several others and I would put my FN up against any of them and it is fun to shoot. I don't think you can go wrong with these guns for the price they ask. Highly recommended!

    Best way to clean brass?

If you have a steady supply of brass at your range you should reload it yourself. You can save yourself a good deal of money and enjoy the art of reloading. :D

First case prep session = Fail

As a precaution for too much lube on the neck you could always wipe the necks off before you size them. That should keep you from getting the dents. I use both methods of lubing depending on my mood for the day. I will say that the ziploc and spray method works like a champ. You can also use...

    Rossi Revos ????

I have a Rossi 971, 6" stainless in .357 and I have to say that it is one of the most accurate revolvers I have. I also shoot Pythons and various S&W's on numerous occasions and my Rossi is extremely accurate. I've never had a double action timing issue and the action locks up super tight...

    Winchester primers in AR-15?

Wow this is interesting. I personally haven't had any issues with my AR, yet. I have always shot WSR primers as well. I will definitely switch them up after hearing this. I will say that I have recently fired some pretty fast rounds from my gun as it seems to only be accurate when I get...

    Cheap source for .45 bullets

It's no problem. I usually shoot the Berry 200 Gr Hp's, but by the time you add on their "Lead Surcharge" it is actually cheaper for me to buy them locally either at Cabela's or Graf and Sons here in town. The 9mm's are another story, Berry is quite a bit cheaper.
