It doesn't really need anything, but as others have said, Glock parts are reasonable enough that you can add stuff without going broke. Maybe polish the feed ramp with some jeweler's rouge and a Dremel. That and night sights are all that's been done to mine, 21 SF which fits my hand better...

I chose 9x19 as a Glock 19 with 15 rd. mag is my normal carry gun, but sometimes carry a Glock 21 SF .45 with 13 rd. mag, so therefore picked 12-13 rd. as minimum. I Always carry a spare mag, but it doesn't affect the decision as to what to carry.
