A few years ago I had a Spyderco knife can't remember for sure the model but I believe it was VG-10 steel that I used to clean a few ducks after a hunt. My wife put it in the sink in bleach water and less that an hour later it had rusted on the surface. Happened that quick. Didn't hurt the knife...

Very nice. I like the sportsman. It is a nice knife for whitetails. I ussed the 3 finger last year. Worked fine but I the feel of the sportsman for field use. The 3 finger is nice for EDC.
