I was curious, I'm probabaly going to pick up one or the other brand and I didn't want to find out later that the company that made it was foreign owned. The old S&W thing still bothers me. Although I do buy S&W's now that they're American owned again.

How does one find out who owns the shares of these companies? Are they privately owned or owned by some other, larger corporation? Any advice would be appreciated.

I just recently sold my Glock 27 after I purchased a Kahr PM9. Nice pocket gun. I'm waiting until my new pocket holsters and extra 6 round mags arrive before placing it into daily service. I took it to the range this last weekend. 200 rounds without any failures at all. +P ammo, no problem...

S&W CS40 in some manner of concealment rig, one spare mag, in case of malf or so I have more than 8 rounds. Otherwise a wallet, cell phone and keys. Don't imagine I need more than that unless I'm looking for trouble.

Has anyone tried a Wild Bill's "Fusion Paddle" holster. I'm looking for a top quality paddle that holds the gun high and snug to the body. It's for an S&W CS40, Bianchi and Galco don't list one for that gun. Any help would be appreciated.

I happen to be a fan of the S&W 3rd generation autos. I currently am using all 40 caliber weapons. I’ve got both a 4006 and a CS40. They 4006 is not as accurate as I think it could be, but for carry purposes it seems to be fine. The CS 40 is a great gun to shoot, nicer than my Glock 27...

I have a 342 in a Kramer pocket holster at this very moment. You won't be sorry you bought one. You can send .38 +P's down range all day long plus it's so light you can have it in your pocket all day and be comfortable.

I hardly ever carry open. If I'm driving to the range for some shooting I sometimes will. I think I did once this last year when I was not going to the range, but I don't remember why I open-carried instead of concealed. I must have had some reason.???? I prefer to always keep my firearm...
