    Nice job, sounds like youre doing all the right things as a newbie to reloading. A lot of people who start try to start off with a progressive press in the beginning, I think you need to start with the single stage press to get the feel of each stage.

    I think the basics are a good scale, one you feel comfortable with. Primer pocket cleaner a case trimmer and chamfer for each caliber. Headspace gauge for each caliber, I like the Lyman products. Your also gonna need a caliper, I prefer electronic myself. Shellcase holders, a good powder...

    Thanks for the quick reply. I agree, I have been using unique as long as I have been reloading and have been apprehensive about trying better powders. I am going to try the Win 231 to see how it compares to Unique.
