Thank you, any help would be appreciated. I recently received my 07-manuafacturer of firearms other than destructive devices. I would like to build and transfer class 3 weapons, but I haven't been able to figure out the next step.

I recently received my FFL as a manufacturer and I have spent hours on the ATF website and sent them a couple emails, but I have not figured out the next step in building and reselling class 3? Has anyone recently gone through this process?

For the last few months Botach has been selling Aimpoints that were purchased from a Jordanian surplus sales. There were several threads on Ar15.com and Calguns. The one on Calguns has the Botach Rep (Mike) admitting they are not Aimpoint vendors and that the warranty was unknown. Others...

Botach isn't an Aimpoint rep. The product might be new with no warranty (unlikely) or it could be part of their used product purchase from the Jordanians. If your going to spend over 400.00 for one of these, it should at least come with a warranty.

It doesn’t take a rock scientist to figure out that I don’t think much of Botach. I have my own reasons that I think they are a sleazy bunch and lots of people agree. Before you run out and spend hundreds of dollars with them it’s worth your time to read a thread/post from another gun forum...

I understand, they do have some good prices. I made the mistake of using USPS money orders and have very little recourse (make sure you buy on credit card). FYI I've had a 512 and a 552 and I like my 512 the best. FYI, if you go with Aimpoint here is some more information on them...

I've had a 512 for some time and love it. It has worked very well for me and I don't have to change the batteries very often. I noticed both of the links you provided are from Botach, if this is where you plan to buy it from I would think twice. Anyone can sell products with 90-95% customer...
