IMHO, go with the HK45 instead of the USP 45. You give two rounds but get the "next gen" model with better ergonomics and trigger.

I say get it and simply leave it as it comes. No need to add anything, except maybe a light, maybe, and still I think it's too heavy (with the flashlight).
