Anyone have pics of full autos they carried in combat?

We had M3's and 1911's in our arms room until late 92/early 93 when our unit was finally issued the M9. I was in Baumholder Germany with 40th Eng Bn, 2nd Brigade, 1st AD.

Pretty sure we still had the Grease Gun around for the recovery vehicle crewman in Korea till around '98 or so. They were low on the list for M4s so may well have been some of the last. Of course, the officers snapped up the M4s, no idea what the crew got stuck with in the end.

We were issued M3's along with 1911's in the early 80's, but I didn't have the opportunity to carry one in combat.

It was a bit of a challenge to engage the same targets with the M3 as we did with the coax and Ma Duece, but I found that sitting down and using it like a mortar allowed me pretty good success in dropping rounds into the target area.
