Sheesh! hands up against the deli counter, feet back, and spread em'" the cop says as law enforcement takes control of my local market!
I tried Wal-Mart, and Meijer's for the CHORE BOY scouring pads and neither had the product. Unfortunately these retailers are protecting me from myself by not selling products that could be used by drug manufacturers or users. The local stores have stopped selling "strike anywhere" matches, crystal LYE drain cleaner, LITHIUM BATTERIES, and my target CHORE BOY crack pipe filters. (not to mention being finger printed for buying cold medicine. )Groan! Pretty soon Coleman lantern fuel will be off the market too.
I do not use or make drugs, but I am suffering because retailers are folding to the scum bag liberals who are convinced that I don't know what is good for me! Sorry about the rant gang, but times are getting worse for us. It fits right in with the "evil" pistol grip ideas of people who would demonize harmless items.
Now cleaning out the lead from my barrel may cost me a special order from Walmart dotcom where the items are advertised.

The gray could also be power fouling in which case, this will clean and shine your bore.

Here is my police trade in that I won on Gun Auction for $299. It is in excellent shape and shoots POA. The only wear is right at the end of the barrel. Must have been in the holster more than at the range.
Thanks Jdavis, but I have an ACE Hardware about 10 miles from me. I'll give them a call. I called the last big store in town and they too have stopped selling Chore Boy in favor of the thin wimpy copper scouring pads. No need to go to the trouble over something I can remedy here. If all else fails, Wal-Mart dot com can order them for me.

Ordering things on line has become a first option for me. I had to order my LYE that way. The only products you can seem to buy at the store for fixing slow drains are LIQUIDS that drain past the clog and fail to do the job. LYE gets hot and will melt away slow drain clogs. Hey maybe it will work in my Smith & Wesson barrel????????
