It's a suppressor, so the neighbors won't hear the shots, when she skull shoots her worthless man-baby of a husband and their terrible children. Hidden in her left hand is a hatchet to dismember the corpses so she and her boyfriend can more easily transport them to an incinerator.

You can tell by the look on her face, she's laughing her ass off while she's dumping round after round into his fat head while he's eating pie and ice cream.
