Are you old enough to have used these?

Packaged like Remington primers. I have never seen anyone except Remington do their 100 packs of primers this way.

An unopened sleeve above upload_2019-1-21_19-1-37.png

One from Federal, wooden dividers, but only 30 primers left.

Another older one from Winchester.

Since the OP got an answer, I figured to give a little show and tell, but I can not find the dates of manufacture right now. Had it at one time, but it does not matter to me now.....just like old stuff!

Old Enough to have used those? Yeah, but some stuff that I have used in the past all worked and were older than I. Storage of anything is important.

I'm in the same boat! I have some 760 and 748 powder marked 7.95 and some imr 4350 marked 8.95. I doesn't seem THAT long ago primers were 65 cents/100.

Loaded a lot of Herter's pistol primers back in late 60's. 8.00$ a thousand. Made .in Japan.

I don't recall those primers, were a few years ahead of me, I was a toddler back then.

I recall the price of primers around $8/k when I started. The old Metal can of W296 had a price of $6.40. I have a old can of Bullseye with a $2.99 price tag on it.

I have a can of 231 like the one pictured above, powder is fine, no deterioration, all rounds go "BANG" with it.

Are you going to use them? If you had owned them from the beginning I guess you would know what condition they are in. Since you haven't are you goin to trust them or are they just a collectors item? Never seen them before at least I can't remember if I have.

I sure am going to try them. One package is open and one is unopened so I might as well give the opened ones a try.
