You've posted this video before and I've watched it before. Overall its good.
I'm not an expert by any means but IMO the first parts about point shooting really up close, what looks like 6-8ft, its kind of silly to teach two hands and bring the gun up to head height.
At that distance one handed hip shooting is really what should be practiced. You can certainly add what you're doing as a possible option but IMO the one handed shooting from the hip should be emphasized at that close a range. And it's really not that hard with a little practice at that close a distance. You also leave a hand free for hand to hand if it comes to that.
I'm sure you and your guys were just "going through the motions" but I feel like it's still going to be too slow at that distance to do what you're showing in a real world scenario.
IMHO the distances youre showing call for the same action as face to face action, which is certainly one handed gun operation.
