As are the hundreds of other people on every single gun forum who report the same issues.
Don't believe the evidence!
Hundreds? Hyperbole much? My go-to forum for all issues SIG for lo the past fifteen years or so is the SIGForum, and while there were a number of reports early on about
mostly minor (and yeah, I know about the "dead trigger" and broken striker issues) problems with the initial production release, if one actually does some research, one might find that the almost always anonymous anecdotal "reports" have diminished dramatically. For the past six months or so, all I've read "on every single gun forum" is mostly glowing commendations of this pistol.
I almost cannot understand why so many people who've never bought a particular gun, nor even fired it, are so quick to post condemnations of a particular gun on the internet, but then there's this human nature thing.
What I truly don't understand is those who righteously proclaim that due to all the internet negativity about a particular gun, they will never buy one (and hey, don't you get it? We don't care!)… Sheesh, do any of you guys buy new automobiles or trucks? If you go car shopping
the way you say you go gun shopping, I'm guessing your probably don't develop your opinions about vehicles from the internet, right? Oh, and about that last massive Ford F-150 recall? Y'all are still keeping your trucks, right? Did the company do right by you? Or are you getting on the internet and (figuratively) stomping Ford's reputation because they put out a faulty product that endangered you and your family?
My P365s are marvelous guns. I keep track of round count and types of ammo used not because I'm worried about them breaking, but because I do this with all my firearms and I take what I read on the internet with a grain of salt (and stay away from Foxnews, MSN, CNN and Breitbart).
