Picked up a new pocket carry last week. Sig p938 to be exact. This thing is tiny but mighty. I'm very impressed. I've always kind of been Leary of 1911 style cocked and locked but have been eyeing these for a long time and finally "pulled the trigger." I must say I'm very glad I did. Got it for a price I thought was a great deal.
Shooting and accuracy is impressive for such a small gun. Recoil is different from many other small guns that are snappy. It recoils more straight back into the hands with less muzzle rise. It's very fun to shoot. Accuracy for the small barrel is superb and with the Sig night sights the sight picture is short but very quick to pick out. I know the trigger probably isn't as light and nice as some target 1911s but it is very nice IMHO.
This little gun has quickly become one of my favorites and has opened my eyes to the 1911 platform.

I've got two 938s and a 238. Good guns and great for pocket carry (my usual method). I did switch to a flat trigger on one of my 938s because I didn't care for the way my finger seemed to get caught at the bottom of the trigger and trigger guard.

I love my P938. It replaced a Kel-Tec PF9 as my EDC. The Sig is only 2.5oz heavier than the Kel-Tec. I prefer the single action trigger of 1911 and 1911 type pistols. I have several 1911 pistols along with several Spanish Star pistols along with the sig.

Looked pretty hard at one of those a while back, got very close to pulling the trigger on the Legion as a deep concealment/pocket option.

Found it accurate enough if a bit snappy for a 9mm and my grip tending to puke the mag out every few rounds. Easy enough to fix with practice and it's still on my radar for the future.

Good pick up, and watch out for the 1911s. They become addictive very fast, especially aluminum framed commander (4.25" barrel) 9mms. Crazy easy to shoot, light and thin for remarkably easy concealment.

Hey guys, How's the accuracy? I had a Kahr P380 which was quite accurate compared to G42 and Walther PP. I had to give it up because it's crappy reliability
(log story.....). I am considering the little Sig.

My stepson has one and I really like the way it felt in my hand. Balances and handles very nicely and has a decent trigger and sights. I also have it's little brother, a P238, which is also a great handling pocket auto.

If you're considering the P238 then it's very much like my Colt Mustang: surprisingly accurate with little in the way of felt recoil, light enough to carry all day long without feeling like it's there, and very easy to conceal.

I like to carry it in a DeSantis Sof-Tuck IWB holster.

Hey guys, How's the accuracy?
Mine hits very accurately out to 25 yards (furthest I've shot it), and in my latest range session at distances of 15 and 20 yards I was able to heavily perforate a target basically shooting as fast as possible, and keep all the rounds center mass. Perhaps a 5" group at 15 yards. Not bad for self defense speed shooting. If you slow down, it can do way better.

I was looking at one awhile back but had concerns about the reliability.
I've got about 750 rounds through mine. No issues or malfunctions so far. It shoots 124 gr HST +p ammo pretty nicely. They do need a new recoil spring after a few thousand rounds I hear. But those are cheap.

You're comparing a .380 to a 9mm, but since I've shot the P380 (and PM9) and own an Kahr MK9 and a SIG P938 I'll give my take. Bottom line, it's easier to shoot the SIG accurately because of it's single action trigger. I've measured mine at 5.5 lbs while my MK9 breaks at 7.5 lbs and has that loooong double action-like trigger. I don't know that my P938 is actually more accurate than my MK9, but it's certainly much easier to shoot it more accurately because of the trigger. Another benefit of the SIG over Kahr's P series is you're getting an aluminum frame, which should also help you shoot more accurate over the lighter polymer frame.

Now a P380 is much smaller, and a true pocket gun. That alone makes them even harder to shoot accurately than a micro-compact 9mm. For their size they certainly are an accurate gun (I've put a couple hundred rounds through a buddy's P380), but you should be able to shoot either the Kahr or SIG 9mm more accurately just because it's a tad larger. I haven't shot SIG's P238 which is the .380 version of the P938, but I would assume I'd shoot it better than the P380 because of the single action trigger, while being of similar size.

I do not own one, but they do shoot great. And a Beautiful gun for sure. And they have a great feel in the hand. I do shoot the Phoenix 22.cal which is similar in the design of the grip and love that little 22. The only reason I never purchased the 238, is the fact that it weighs more than my Khar CM9 and I only shoot DAO pistols now. Also I seldom if ever shoot any Pocket gun like a target gun and to be frank, I can do just as well shooting my DAO guns when shooting quickly as I can any striker fired gun. And I do not shoot them out to 25 yds.
That said, I do like the 938, and if given the choice between the 938 and the New Sig 365 I would choose the 938.I think it is a better shooter and not as snappy as the 365.

I am quite pleased with the Sig 938 legion it has became my most carried concealed carry gun, as I am familiar with the 1911 platform. The trigger may not be the best but it isn't bad and with only a 3" barrel the accuracy of this pistol surprised me.
I love that I can have the safety on and rack the slide, this is a great improvement to the original design IMHO.
