Starr and his daughter are mentioned in the first Sam Fadala Blackpowder Handbook and this article has been around for a long time. Can't hurt to refer to it now and then as new folks come into the BP hobby. I'll read it (again) this afternoon since I haven't seen it in some years.
There are articles on the internet that I print out and save for convenient reference. This is one of them. Others include CE Harris' "The Load" and Gatofeo's lube recipe. I don't like being too dependent on internet access.
