My new Cobra Colt

I just took delivery of this new Cobra and 4 boxes of wadcutters to take to the range. Some have criticized the price but I paid $580 delivered to my FFL. I felt that was fair considering the quality of the piece. Fit and finish on myt gun was great. A couple of nits:the hammer spur and the cylinder release tab had some sharp edges but a couple of swipes with 320 grit and they are fine. I love how the front sight stands out. Crisobal has but a halt on my planned range session but will post later.

When I previewed my post my picture was there. When I approve it was gone. Do I have to be a member for some amount of time and have a certain number of posts? Anyway, so far i am enjoying this gun and looking for holsters.

$580 is an excellent price, for sure. Hopefully, you will enjoy yours as much as I (and most of the rest of us members here that own one) do. Don't know who'd criticize the price you paid; most of us probably paid upward of, at at, the MSRP of $699.

Galco, DeSantis and a guy down south name of George Bowers (GB Leather) make nice holsters for the Cobra. George does some great work

I have been loving mine for only one month now.
Brownell has a night sight for the front if needed.

I like mine, and like you I really like the fiber optic front sight. It just jumps out at me.

Got mine about a month ago, couldn't be happier. I order a pocket holster from Mika's, again couldn't be happier. Fits in my right front pocket perfectly.
