Finally tested the WASR yesterday since getting it back from Century, braved the 95 degree heat for a little while, the rifle was bouncing on the rest because my breathing and heart rateView attachment 940830 View attachment 940831 was affected by the heat. But I didn't touch the sights I just tested some ammo and it is shooting good now so whatever Century did it helped.

My test for an AK is to shoot a 9" steel plate at 200 yds. If you can hit 3 shots in a row from a rest from a cold barrel then that's good enough. However things in life change. I have reached that point in life where my eyes simply can't shoot the open sights well anymore. Then it is time to mount the scope or red dot.
