Get yourself a bag of HEAT FACTORY hand warmers.$10.00 for 24 warmers. open a pack shake 'em and put them in your gloves on the back of your hand , They sell gloves with pockets in them to put the packet in . Blizzard Gloves have a pocket in them , their not too thick and should be fine for shooting. Just a suggestion. BTW the hand warmers work really well.

Home depot sell some gloves called firm grip w/ pockets in them for hand warmers HD might have the warmers too. Walmart sells the hand warmers.
