I have a mosin m44 that’s had a tight chamber from the beginning. When you chamber a shell the bolt handle is hard to turn. I have about 50 brass casings I reload and I have sanded the head down so they chamber. But a friend gave me a spam can of surplus ammo.
Is the barrel screwed in too deep? It is a bubba sporterized gun with no bayonet or sights on the barrel anymore. I’m willing to chuck it in a vice and put a pipe wrench on the barrel of that’s a fix for it. Bough this sucker for well under $100 back in the day.
