Ruger American Centerfire Pic Rail Removal

Just got a little American Standard in 243 in and I noticed it came with a pic rail attached. I already bought Talley Lightweight mounts to use so I tried removing the pic rail, but I don't have a bit small enough to fit the screws. Does anyone know what size Torx bit fits the screw heads on this rifle? I even have a Brownell's gunsmith screwdriver set and there is not a bit small enough in there either.

What size is the smallest bit in your kit? A T6 is just a squink over a 1/16”. By comparison a T1 is almost nearly a 1/32”.
