The only Phone # they show on the website now is.........800-762-3845....
Thanks for the phone number. If it’s listed on their site, I’m not able to find it. And Support doesn’t list a phone number at all, just the contact form they say will take several weeks to respond to. I’ll try the number you gave me on Monday. Thanks again.

I recently had to remove a small powder slide that was increasingly hanging up. Discovered wear marks on one side that had raised a burred edge on the top left side of the slide. Lightly filed it down and made sure the corners were slightly rounded and it cured the problem. At some point perhaps in storage perhaps it had acquired a small ding that was dragging. The slides aren’t exactly hardened metal.
