Light humor for the visually distracted.....
Cat does the classic throat laceration choke hold then leaves the attack scene to wait for movement...... How do I deal with Buster?

Hopefully the pics attach.

Sorry, this would be on topic if we were discussing how the dog could defend himself from his feline assailant. Punishment for the cat would fall into Legal and Political, but we don't really discuss animal civil rights there.

So if you want to keep this open you need to discuss self defense classes for the dog, possible methods of CCW or even less lethal options since the dog probably lives in a county where he can't get a CCW.....:D

I've never seen an Orange striped cat that I didn't like.

Jeff: great sense of humor. Nice to see this time of the year.:)

The pic of the cat keeping it's paws where the gunman can see them still has me giggling as I type this. :D

No punishment, no true bill - obvious disparity of force. The dog is much bigger than the cat.:neener:

Dog (Molly) is but a pup. She is also bred of Choc Lab/Golden Retriever stock.
(Mom & Dad watched the vicious assault). As all cross breed owners know that these dogs are just sissies.....
Now Buster is pure hellion bred from the ferrel stock at Golden Gate fields race track. There, where they learn to eat pidgons and scare horses!
I'll post the S&T's that I am working on for the SD class I'm running later in picture form. Now gun training comes into thread.
Buster is now going to get busted!
This is a pic of the possible armament of low recoil stuff. I'll skip the HP stuff unless you can see a need for more power.

From top:
Marlin model 410: 5+1 cap #2's
SA mod 45 super: 7+1 cap soft loaded JHP
Win mod 1890: 17+1 cap 22 short CB (Quiet....Very Quiet)
Win mod 1912: 5+1 cap 20 gauge #6's
Colt mod (Import auto load SG): 4+1 3" 20 gauge #2 buck
Browning mod BLR: 4+1 cap soft loaded LRN

reward cat , salvage dog , have a vietnamese dinner tonight (xtra crispy? ) :neener:

Now help me out here......
Choose from my assorted arsenel as the training tool to use. I'm already fading to the background with the 410 because of the thread in the hunting forum.
These are real animals not MZB's, roll with me on this one. ;)
There are other choices but I live in California so the list is limited.....
