If you are thinking of getting a CZ, first give a look to the Tanfoglio CZ clones. They are imported from Italy by EAA. Their Witness line is very much the same as the CZ75, but are a couple of hundred less than a CZ Just today my son bought a polymer framed full size Witness in 9mm. It cost him only $375.00! He has not shot it yet, but what I'm seeing is a very finely made pistol.
Here's my CZ-75B SA. Not the best picture, but I've taken worse. Personally, I like the looks of the SA more than the standard 75B (ie: shape of the beaver tail and the step in the front of the slide where it gets narrower), and definitely have no complaints about how it shoots or its reliability.
It's just you! Seriously, though, the CZ is one of the most comfortable guns I own. I have three of them and they are all great shooters. Pics are on my website, here: http://users.adelphia.net/~navy87guy/index.html
The CZ 97B has a big grip, since it's a double-stack .45 ACP. I use the SP-01 Tactical as my current Production gun for USPSA.
There's something very nice about holding a steel-framed pistol in your hand. I love my polymer-framed Beretta PX4, but the CZ is great, too!
