New MySpace account - VPC

Interesting, but I would expect to be shut down. I don't think the VPC will take kindly to someone using their name to promote a pro-gun point of view.

Given the VPC's history of ripping off copywritten material from the shooting community, I don't think they've got any right to complain.

I wish the REAL vpc would start a myspace page. I'm sick of organizations like this propping up false information with no forum/comment ability to reveal the lies for what they are.

Fake Myspace pages are nothing new. Look up Donald Rumsfeld or Monica Lewinsky. The VPC page is basically a parody, so it'll be hard for any legal action to go forward against it. The VPC hardly seems to do anything these days, either.

You know, I wanted to write something about respect the intellectual property of others, but I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around the fact that the VPC could have intellectual property rights worth the effort.

One of the big reasons Handgun Control changed their name was because of the progun website www.Handguncontrol.com. Remember the fight they had over it and they lost? to They were to cheap to register that domain and went with the .org and it cost them in the long run. It appears they now have that domain registered.

I'm away from my copyof Black's Law Dictonary, but doesn't "intellectual property" presuppose that the propert holder has an intellect?
