British Red 'precision field knife'

Blade is 3mm of O1, 4.5" long. Nickel silver fittings and premium desert ironwood scales. Leather sheath.

Sadly, it's not exactly complete. His 'range' is not viewable yet but you can see a few examples of his other work and there's an email adress to contact him through for sales. I'm sure he'll send you some pics of his regular work if you ask.

I don't know how much money changed hands, it was made specifically for a customer. But a similar sort of knife (albeit in damascus and buffalo horn):

Was on sale for £220 a while back (about $440), whilst a more everyday field knife (in micarta and O1):

I like the bolster/guard and the engraved pins on the first one - great workmanship! I don't think I've ever seen that short of a grind before.
