Houston.........Reliant Gunshow Oct. 27...info?

I have to admit I have never been to a Houston gunshow , although I have "well versed" in gun shows as I have been to many through out the South. I know you get the typical junk for sale along with $400 Sks rifles.

So what can I expect at this Houston show? What are typical good deals? Handguns, surplus rifles....etc.????? thanks

Its usually one of the better shows in town. Wider aisles, more vendors, NICER vendors and food people who only take cash. A lot of Dallas dealers and old timers. You can find some good deals there.

The HGCA (Houston Gun Collectors Association) show is the best in Houston. There will be lots of high end stuff to drool over, and lots of stuff to buy. I take a little pull cart to fill up.

+1 on it being the biggest show in the Houston area. If it's to be had, It's gonna be had there.

By the way if any of you guys are trying to get rid of a ruger single six, .357 revolver or a 9mm auto I will be wandering the show on Saturday with a wad of cash.

I am looking for a used SW 686 , are there many quality used revolvers at this show??

There are usually a good assortment of revolvers. Watch for signs on peoples backpacks as many private people will have one gun for sale.
