Problems With Ammo-Oracle?

For some reason many of the pictures as well as a great deal of text seeem to be out of wack. Is it just my computer or have others experienced the same? Thanks

Thanks, just wanted to make sure it was not something wrong on my end. Hate to see this site in such bad shape as it has some really good information I like to refer to from time to time as well as direct others to.

In the several years I have been referring to the Oracle I remember several times a year when it was gone, slow, messed up, etc.

I don't know what server it's on or anything, but it's had issues in the past on a regular basis.
