To those of you who feel as I do that this is a private issue rather than a public one, please encourage all your friends to not contribute cash to either side nor publicly take a side.

Who is right? I can't say nor will I make a choice and I strongly encourage every one to maintain your neutrality.

It became a public issue at about midnight EDT last night.

Rarely is one party totally innocent and the other totally wrong, so for the time being I'm keeping my powder -- and my checkbook -- dry. But it's pretty obvious who the primary as***** is (not to mention any names of course, because that wouldn't be High Road) And his accomplice, for that matter.

I hope they can work something out amicably, but one party seems to be burning bridges as fast as he can so I don't see that happening.

this happened to another board i was on. ownership became an issue but after a few months it blew over and both parties are happier.

There won't be any speculation or discussion of what is a private legal issue here at THR. I'm not going to take any sides, but let me assure you there is more then one side to this dispute, just like there are in all disputes.

We aren't going to divide the membership by allowing threads where people can take sides. Let me assure all of you that the staff is working hard to make sure that THR remains the same high quality forum it always has been.
