I have received my Galco holster for my S&W TRR8 and it's beautiful :)
Production of these started this month...

I also bought their ammo carrier but it holds only 6 rounds. :scrutiny:

Well, the TRR8 is probably the truest shooting revolver I've ever owned. The weight is very good for shooting .38 special and reasonable for .357 mag. Could be a bit tricky to conceal though and the only shoulder holster I've found is an Uncle Mike's for N frame 6" barrel which is NOT worth the $30 I paid for it.

Nice holster. Prettier than the Blade-Tech I have for my TRR8. Is the holster designed so that the rails can be on or do they need to be off the gun?

My B-T won't fit the gun with the upper rail installed, but will allow the lower (and reholstering is actually easier with the lower rail mounted).

I don't have the rails installed on mine but it looks like the lower one would easily fit into the holster. The upper one might but there are leather strips inside of the holster between which the front sight slides. Uncertain if those would interfere with the rail. A phone call to www.usgalco.com would probably get you a definite answer.
