Remington Pump .22- need some help indentifying how much it is worth

It's most likely a Model 12 Slide Action. These were made from 1909-1936. There were designations of model 12A, B, C, C-NRA Target (.22WRF) and 12cs (.22WRF)
Can you provide some more info? Octagon barrel? Barrel length?

Looks like the Model 12 which was designated "The New .22 Repeater"
Ref: The Bluebook of Guns says $500.00 = Excellent to $250.00 for a 60% condition.
