I bought this gun for 350 bucks at a pawn shop, third shot i fired broke the solder joint on the barrel that holds the stud for the Ejector rod houseing. So i decided i was gonna modify it. My uncle did the gunsmithing work to it at his shop as a christmas present.

The brake cuts recoil in half, UMC .44 mag ammo, 180 grain at 1610 fps feels like a .38 special in a gp100.
Also, we polished the cylinder. Previous owner removed the Ruger billboard.
 
Just had to remove the barrel, thread it, build the muzzle brake, and solder it on, then mount a replacement sight on top.
