I must respectfully disagree. I have no firsthand experiance with Taurus CS, and only own one of there guns, an old 4" .357. They seem to send parts out quickly, but if you need to send the gun in to them for repair, you NEED a lifetime repair policy, because it'll take about that long to get it back. One friend, against my advice, bought a PT1911 that had feed issues with a variaty of magazines. He sent it back 5 months ago, and has no idea of the current status. He's gotten no response to email, and no solid answers from phone calls.
Its one thing to have a "policy", another entirely to execute it well. From what I've seen at second-hand, their execution leaves a LOT to be desired.
