New Taurus 1911 9mm

Yes it has been released. I have 2 on backorder.
They feel pretty much like a standard 1911, maybe a little lighter. $540 for 9+1 and $555 for 11+1.
To tell you the truth Taurus 1911's are the best bang for your buck in my opinion. They are great shooters, I have yet to have had any issues, and have heard of very few.

I'm not sure what to think. The ADs in the magazines for the PT1911 now list the 9mm as an option. Yet when I called Taurus about a month ago asking about the release of the 9mm, I was told 'around the end of the year'.
