Using the Search Function it seems like that is the consensus on the extended capacity magazines for the 10/22. My wife can't lift any heavy rifles anymore, (WASR-10 went bye bye), and want's to use her Ruger 10/22 as a "bad times" gun, best she can do/we can afford.
So, are they worth it? Need to get some Stingers too, I guess. ;)

hit or miss for me, I've bought about 10 in the last couple years, and returned about 4.
I just got a couple of the Tactical Innovations today, haven't tried them yet. but at 45 bucks a pop, they better work!

Since I put in the Volquartsen "Exact-Edge" extractor even the cheap Eagle 30 rounders and Ram-Line 50 rounders have worked well. Best $11 you can spend if you want to shoot aftermarket mags in the 10/22.

They will work good. I have found that at times the opening where the rim of the cartridge rests may sometime be to close and the bolt may not pick up the cartridge to load which can create a jam. I have take the extra precaution of filing the steel lips and widening the gap a little which has cured all jams and misfeeds. Do not use the stingers on a 10/22. The cartridge is a little longer and may not feed well. Instead use Aguilas hyper velocity rounds which are around 1760 feet per second. But in reality at home for Mr burgler a 25 round clip of subsonics works just as well with out having to replace drywall.
