Last week I snapped the decaping pin on one of my rifle dies. I am not sure exactly what happened but when I went to replace the decapping pin I found that the sizer ball stem was bent. I called RCBS to order a new stem and they would not take my debit card number. The representative said that the die was guaranteed for life and that there would be NO CHARGE for the part.

This morning a padded envelope from RCBS arrived containing TWO complete stems, expander ball assemblies and FIVE spare decapping pins! It is reasons like this that I use RCBS. They stand behind their products even in cases like this where the accident was probably my fault.

I am sold on RCBS!

When I was first starting out reloading rifle with friend in the '90s, we stuck several cases in resizing dies (I'm done, forever, with aerosol spray lubes). RCBS was always great to deal with getting stuck cases out, replacing parts, etc.

RCBS is always my first choice for dies.
 
Heck... I bought a set of dies from a show that were listed as "missing parts" hey, for $10, I could call and buy the parts... the dies are dated 1981... I called and they sent me all the parts I needed and a few extra pins and resizing ball... free of charge... I tried to explain I was not the original owner... they said it didn't matter... I was like... ok... THANKS!!! 3 days later... you all know the outcome here..
