I thought I would share a couple pics of my Model 58 .41 Magnum revolver.

Target hammer, trigger, and stocks.

It has lived its life in a safe.........so far.

Just a beauty... I have always wanted to own a .41mag S&W... someday
Do you handload your own ammo, or pretty much buy it off the shelf? .41mag ammo prices are getting downright ridiculous.

I've always had a soft spot for the only N Frame with fixed sights and no ejector shroud. It looks like a heavy barrel Model 10 on steroids.

I buy up lots when I find it. I handload on occasion.

ALL ammo prices are getting ridiculous!

Schweet!!! Any N frame (pre-lock) is a thing of beauty. I've got a NIB 58 that's calling my name too, maybe someday.

that is beautiful

i have had a blued M-58 for years (over 20) and you're right, it really does look like a juiced HB M-10. i had the trigger tuned years ago and it is an excellent shooter

I can remember a day when you could hardly give them away. Everyone thought that they had to have adjustable sights in a fighting handgun.

Isn't that the truth. If you carried a fixed sight gun in those days, the guys you worked with thought you were a rube......

I remember buying a model 520 for a huge discount because nobody wanted it.

Beautiful gun. I need to add a nickel 58 to my blues ones.

I remember a 520 that sat on a gun shop shelf for well over a year. It was $250 and nobody wanted to give it a second look because it was "not a regular" N frame. But that was probably 17 years ago.

It took a long time to find a nickel 58 in this condition. Now I can work on finding the "easy one", the blued.
