Well, it seems that the Ruger 10/22 is one of those guns that simply has catalogs worth of available aftermarket parts. I own one, and I've thought of building it up a bit, but just haven't had the time/money to do so (the little .22lr always falls low on the priority list when I'm allocating money to my gun collection).
However, if you look through a copy of the Midway or Cabelas master catalog, you'll notice that a few pages are dedicated to 10/22 parts. You can buy new trigger groups, barrels, stocks, and even stripped receivers (through an FFL).
Just for example (and having no idea what parts are actually on the pictured 10/22 in this thread), I tried to piece those options together for you from the Midway catalog, building a gun from the ground up. The sky seems to be the limit on 10/22's, and you can spend as little or as much as you want. You'll also save money if you already own a 10/22 receiver:
1) Barrel: A pictured one that looks just like the one on your pictured rifle is showing a price of $345.
2) Stock: Volquartsen Custom stock that looks similar to your picture: $230.
3) Trigger: Volquartsen Custom Match Trigger Group: $210
4) Volquartsen Custom 10/22 stainless receiver: $430.
5) Ruger 10/22 competition bolt assembly: $190
So, there you have it! A $1,450 Ruger 10/22
Anyway, I'm sure you can make one look real nice (and shoot really well) for a lot less than that. I simply opened the catalog and tried to pick pieces that looked like that picture, and that's what I came up with.
