It's the one that holds like 16 rounds and has the 3.5 inch barrel.. I want one but heard that the double action trigger pull was super heavy and that the single action pull was real spongy. is this true? Are they an accurate gun and are they soft shooting? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have had one for about four years. I like it a whole lot. The DA triggewr is a bit hard as would be expected. The SA Trigger on the 2nd through last shot is very easy and smooth. I have no problem. You want and need to have a slow and kind of hard DA trigger for safewty pruposes. Don't let the DA trigger scare you off. It is a nice firearm.

I don't own the plus, but I do have a CC and have owned several standard Thunder 380s. The trigger is not bad in either double or single action. The double action trigger pull is about what I'd expect it should be but since I don't have a trigger guage, can't say for sure exactly what it is. As a point of comparison, I also have a PPK/S and the Bersa trigger in double action is far and away better than the Walther. The single action trigger on the PPK is a bit nicer though, but not bad on the Bersa.

Of the two types of guns, I think the Bersa is a far better weapon than the PPK. My PPK is, to be quite honest, a piece of junk. It was bought new and still does not cycle reliably after around 500 rounds through it. If Bersa can build a nice .380 for under $300, then Walther should be able to do it for close to $600.

The Bersa .380s are not the softest shooters around, being a blowback design, but are still comfortable to shoot. They are nothing like a PF9 in snappiness but are also not as soft shooting as a Sig P238. Overall, they are great little guns and are worth every bit of the money it takes to buy one.

Dont worry on the heavy DA. Just think of it as an added safety feature. If you have to aim and pull in a life and death situation it be a nonissue.
