FYI - Kershaw - Amazon

Seems to b a lot of Kershaw sales lately. My stepdaughter uses something called Sale a Day, Got a Kershaw Drone and a Kershaw Brawler for less than $25.

About on par with the woot deal a few weeks ago where the compound and a few others were only $12.99. This has free shipping though so the deal is about equal to what I paid. (Compound and Tremor $12.99 each +$5 shipping). The compound is a great knife for the money, and probably my favorite speedsafe knife in terms of slickness and authority with which it deploys. Very smooth. I also dig the weird blade shape. At this price it's a no brainer, even with the mediocre 8Cr13MoV steel. Factory edge was pretty good too.

Apparently these Kershaws are made in China. Just an FYI.

Yep, these are their budget Chinese models. They compete in the same price point that the Byrd/Tenacious family resides though I'd rather have the Spydercos (blade geometry and the heat treat seem a hair better, and I prefer the Spyderco G-10, but that's just me nitpicking). Still I think these are an amazing value at $25, let alone $15.
